Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. As we take utmost care in ensuring the quality of products shipped to you, we will only be accepting refund requests if your products are damaged, lost or incorrect.
Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders
In the event that the ordered items are damaged, lost during delivery or incorrect, please send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days of the order detailing the following:
- Description of the issue (Damaged/Lost/Incorrect)
- A clear photo of the items in the original packaging (if Damaged or Incorrect)
- Payment invoice issued
Upon receiving your request, we will do the following:
- Arrange collection of damaged or incorrect orders from you. Shipping fee back to hōm will be borne by us. Please ensure that items are properly packed in original packaging. We will not accept any damages aside from the ones you have declared in your request email).
- Process a replacement of the same products once the items are delivered back to us. Should the original products be sold out, we will offer an exchange of other products or a refund in the form of store credits.
- Please note that we will only allow exchanges of same or lower valued products. The refund value is the amount paid for the products, including discount code and excluding the delivery fee.
- You should be able to receive your store credit refund and product exchange around 7 days after the incorrect or damaged products have arrived at our office
Please note that store credit refund and product exchanges are one-time and final. Our products are mostly handmade, therefore we seek your understanding that there may be slight differences in the product compared to what is shown on the website. Please be assured that we have thoroughly checked the products before shipping them to you. Therefore, we will not be accepting any exchange/refund requests related to slight differences in the products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, backordered items or gift cards.
